This is either a bug or file corruption that was transmitted the the past and only made obvious on a large read. #DBA s will fix the issue- worse case scenario, we have very recent backups, but we need help from phab maintainers: * We currently do not have a place to failover- avoid any operation on our installation until at least we have an alternative. This could easily go to an UBN if the last server fails * There is no place to run phab statistics, those should be disabled for now
