sr-el and sr-ec are not conform to [[ https://tools.ietf.org/html/bcp47 | BCP 47 ]]. BCP 47 explicit declares sr-Latn and sr-Cyrl as language codes. The internal language codes can be in lower case: sr-latn and sr-cyrl. wfBCP47() creates the capital letters.
