We need to failover the primary database master for s3 {T213858} due to some emergency going on with the rack PDUs {T213748}. We would need a 30 minutes read-only window for all those wikis: {P7994} We still need to confirm when, but it will be in the next few days. Sorry for the short notice, but this is an emergency.
