As a Samsung J2 user, I want an option that isn't device reliant for copying a link to a diff, so that I can use the link in conversations with other editors and not worry about the link not appearing based on the variance of my device's bottom sheet.

I can't s copy the links to diffs. Being able to get the diff is important for t communication. If you want to start a talk page discussion because you were reverted on an edit you made to an article, it's standard to link a diff to the changes you tried to make. If you ever start a thread at WP:ANI, you're expected to provide diffs.
