As a developer, I want to investigate the different types of errors that we get from WhoColor API and from WWT, so that we can determine the appropriate error messaging for WWT. Note: In order to fully write and then estimate this ticket, we need to know the types of errors that can be thrown by the WhoColor API, and we must also know the messaging behavior (i.e. is there only one extra message, or more than one?) **Acceptance Criteria:** * Investigate the types of errors that we can happen with fetching the results, including malformed pages/malformed results and local errors * Investigate errors that may be generated by WWT

As a developer, I want to investigate the different types of errors that may occur in WWT (via WhoColor API or the WWT tool itself), so we can determine the behavior and error messaging that users should experience.
