**Derived Requirement**
Ensure that when generating section translation suggestions:
* A section suggestion is not displayed if the only remaining untranslated sections of an article are appendix sections.
* Appendix sections are not suggested for translation when no other content sections remain.
* If at least one non-appendix section remains untranslated, section suggestions continue to be displayed normally.
**Preconditions:**
* User is logged in.
* An article exists where all main content sections are already translated and only appendix sections (e.g., References, External links, See also) remain untranslated.
* An article exists where at least one non-appendix section remains untranslated.
**Test Case 1: Ensure no suggestion when only appendix sections remain**
1. Open Content Translation.
2. Select an article where only appendix sections remain untranslated.
3. Navigate to the section suggestion view.
4. ✅❓❌⬜ **AC1:** No section suggestion is displayed for that article.
