If a revision of a page is deleted (in part), and then the page is renamed, there is no way to get to the reason for the revision deletion action from the edit itself - see, for example, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category%3AWikipedians_who_contribute_to_the_Norwegian_%28Bokm%C3%A5l%29_Wikipedia&action=revisiondelete&type=revision&ids[200086314]=1 - the revision was deleted while the page was called Category:Wikipedians who contribute to the Norwegian (bokmål) Wikipedia.
