It would be generally helpful for there to be tests for the hook handling code in GeoData and also help for extending the code to add integration for Wikibase. (with tests) Most essential are: 1) tests for onLinksUpdate hook 2) tests for building the Elastica Document It would be nice to have tests for other hooks, as well. The lack of tests and ease of testing was one of the key issues we had in the past with adding Wikibase support.
