**Steps to reproduce**
# Go to Special:Preferences on desktop
# Try to navigate yourself in the page
**Expected behavior**
It should be clear, where a section starts and ends, to easily navigate the section you look for. In previous UI there was a horizontal line breaking page to sections and also some space between sections. There is no need to add horizontal lines or more space around, one of the possible solutions can also be a indentation of section content

**Current behavior**
There is no clear break between sections and therefore longer preferences tabs seems just like one long cluttered section, one seamless long buch of text. Not sure if it is a new section or just bold text. Unfortunately there is no way to easily find the desired section now.
