I swear this was created earlier but am unable to find it .... so creating a new one and grabbing it to myself (writing up a patch now to try and get it out during the SWAT if possible. TLDR: We need to add a link "Cookie statement" to the footer on all sites to link to https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Cookie_statement per legal. Similar to the Privacy policy it will link to the english version by default (the official version) and then translations will be linked from there with the potential of official translations being able to get linked directly.
