The main problem of the diagram showing overall Co-Editors is likely that Co-Editors are currently counted multiple times (once per every wiki that they were editing in). This needs to be corrected.

Add new data pipeline to generate data about overall DISTINCT Wikidata Co-Editors.
Keep the current implementation, as it is needed for the second Grafana diagram on the page:
