Below is a list of distinct wikis for which a message was sent to the appropriate noticeboard/village pump page on Oct 27. As local community members take it on to handle it for their wiki, we will check off the list. In 2 weeks (i.e. Nov 10), whichever wikis did not take this on will be taken care of by an abuse filter maintainer (@Huji in this case). Once all items are checked off, this task can be closed.
