@Dreamy_Jazz has been doing great work in the CheckUser extension lately, and I think we should give them +2 rights. They're also an admin, checkuser and oversighter on the English Wikipedia. (I think it's great that on-wiki users are contributing and hopefully maintaining the software they use and know best). To quote the Gerrit privilege policy, "+2 is a strong expression of trust, and trust is maintained through good judgement and careful action.".
