The dashboards should be on a monthly cadence, the metrics and purpose are listed in the parent task.
Deadline is dependent on when the parent task will be finished.
//**Suggested Ticket Scope:**//
Re-focus this task to be providing trends of page views and referrers as per output [[ https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XsJCTjyLCJIB_7MCfOY6nFWSRik9l02HXTpRL0PBr-8/edit?gid=2093449930#gid=2093449930 | here ]]. Click data would not be considered.
**"Tab 1" for reporting: providing overall trends of the following metrics for the pages:**
- Page views (count).
- Time spent on page (median / histogram view). Please note: this could be problematic, as we have no user ID in this table, but could get a //rough// idea by using IP?
- Page views per "user" (see comment below on how we define user as not totally accurate, but just for a potential guidance).
Would suggest this can also be broken down then / filterable by: country, device type (ie: mobile / desktop). Confirm whether weekly or monthly breakdown should be required.
**"Tab 2" for reporting referrer metrics:**
- Per page: referrer breakdown count (by page views).
- Per page: referrer breakdown %.
Would suggest this can also be broken down then / filterable by: country, device type (ie: mobile / desktop). Confirm whether weekly or monthly breakdown should be required.
**"Tab 3" for flow / journey explorations:**
- Try to quantify the pathways a user might go through to consume information. For example: do we see specific patterns for page documentation flows. IE #/% of "users" that start: P1 -> P2 -> P3 ->P4 ->P5 or P1 -> P5, etc.
**To discuss:**
- Do we also need to ascertain a user count from IP? To potentially understand page views per user?
- Do we also need to look at after the pages required to measure - what the next step / page viewed is?
Data availability / table(s) to be used - as per documented [[ https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XsJCTjyLCJIB_7MCfOY6nFWSRik9l02HXTpRL0PBr-8/edit?gid=2093449930#gid=2093449930 | here ]].
**Deliverables:**
# WMDE summary table for metrics and breakdowns.
# Superset dashboard of core metrics.
