We should probably begin with the assumption that users want courses in their native (browser) language. How to navigate between languages? What about the case of a user who always takes courses in a different language than their browser preferences? What about translation courses, do these appear in the directory for both languages? Are there other useful ways to change how the directory works? By location? How much of this problem can we tolerate not solving in the first phase?
