This builds on T252685 with the intent of having the Search Platform team take full ownership of MediaSearch and align it with the usual Search best practices. In particular, this could / should include: * Instrumentation for A/B testing (might require significant work to find a model that is valid for image grids) * Tuning / Ranking, maybe adapt MLR for MediaSearch * Remove calls to Mediawiki / sidecar indices
