There does not seem to be a project for the Offline Content Generator. However Collection and Translate are affected, so adding these. Probably the work has to be done at Collection. Currently on exported pages the translate tags as well as other translation related particles are directly shown like e.g. > <translate> The Translate extension or > [[<tvar|how>Special:MyLanguage/How does MediaWiki work?</>|MediaWiki]] Surprisingly the languages tag is not directly shown. This issue affect e.g. mediawikiwiki or outreachwiki. It will be utterly cool if this issue could be tackled.
