In T329579, we explored (and ultimately converged on) the moments when we could present people with Edit Checks within VE that are relevant to content they added and/or affected during a given edit session.
This task invites us to undertake a similar exploration to identify moments when we could //potentially// present/offer people suggestions within VE relevant to content they did NOT add and/or affect.
