This task will track the racking, setup, and installation of the 4 new dbproxy hosts received in T213766.
Rack proposal:
* dbproxy2001 on row A rack A6 U9
* dbproxy2002 on row B rack B6 U4
* dbproxy2003 on row C rack C6 U15
* dbproxy2004 on row D rack D6 U43
dbproxy2001: A6 ge-6/0/8

[x] - rack system with proposed racking plan (see above) & update netbox (include all system info plus location)
[x] - bios/drac/serial setup/testing
[] - No RAID controller ( Please provide SW RAID to use)
[] - mgmt dns entries added for both asset tag and hostname
