There is a lot of discussion about the quality of Wikidata's items and if they are getting better or worse over time. We should have data to have a rational discussion. ORES has quality scores for all items in Wikidata. We need a graph of: * the average quality score of all items over time * the average quality of the top 10000 items (as measured by amount of usage on Wikimedia projects) over time This should be calculated at least monthly.
