Change Details

I am noticing that, ever since 3.1.20 was released, that adding warnings to talk pages also adds the user to your watchlist in the English Wikipedia. Example: User talk:Ckennon1115 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Ckennon1115) I have my warnings preferences set to "Follow your on-wiki preferences" in the interface, and my huggle.cs files do not specify this setting from default (which is 'non), or it's empty (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Oshwah/huggle.css and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Oshwah/huggle.css). This didn't appear to occur in previous versions - did something change?
