####Background
We are updating the illustrations of the Year in Review feature to be gradients, with a number on top. These are for the V1 initial release, and may be further improved for V2.
####Requirements
- Update the slides for YIR to have the images with gradients instead of the ones currently used
- Allow layering of text or image on top of gradient
- Gradient can be scaled/stretched as necessary
- Update the introduction screen (T376071) to use the new globe on top of gradient image
Nice-to-have
- Add "W" into header - does not navigate
Note: iPad implementation only needs to be acceptable, not perfect
