We've verified puppet/host configuration for the civicrm server role on Debian Buster, and civicrm itself has been tested [T254940]. Once we've finished switching fruec from pyhon3-mysql.connector [T246823] we'll be ready to upgrade civi1001.

Once we've finished switching fruec from pyhon3-mysql.connector [T246823] we'll be ready to upgrade civi1001. Correction: fruec is not in use and should probably migrate to fran1001 anyway, so it should not be a blocker for upgrading civi1001.
