This is a direct follow-up for the changes done in {T291284}. [] When the user is editing a single-part template, do not read the instructions to move the template. It's not possible anyway. [] **TBD (@ECohen_WMDE?):** Do not read the instructions to delete the template. While pressing Crtl+Del might be possible, it doesn't make much sense. The user should use the back-button at the top instead, or delete the template from outside of the dialog.
