@kostajh @SBisson @Catrope Our team's Arabic Wikipedia ambassador, @Dyolf77_WMF, wants try out the help panel and newcomer homepage in Arabic Wikipedia. We need to enable those features in that wiki. We should probably also enable the Welcome Survey there.

We should probably also enable the Welcome Survey there. I think the wiki will also need a list of ambassadors so that the mentorship module works. Could that also be set up?
