It says Unknown (Swedish: //Okänd//) This is causing Windows SmartScreen (or whatever it is called) to try to put up a fight when installing this file. This screenshot is the second window that pops up. In Windows 8 there is a (purple) window saying "Windows has blocked this program" and I have to press show more info and then run anyways. I think this could be fixed is a publisher is added. I don't know how though.
