When a file has successfully been transfered the file on the original wiki needs to have the {{NowCommons}} template added to it and the former one, telling the user that it should be transfered to Commons, removed.

When a file has successfully been transfered to Commons, it should be visible in the wiki of origin. Therefore we want to add the {{NowCommons}} template to it, and would need to remove the template that requests a move to Commons.
