https://tools.wmflabs.org/coverage/mediawiki/chart.png is currently a prototype and should be moved into the proper CI infrastructure once it's finalized. The source code is very very simple Python: https://gitlab.com/legoktm/tool-coverage I'm thinking that the code-coverage job will trigger a sub-job upon completion that regenerates the chart or something. (I'm not even sure matplotlib is the right thing to use for this - it just was really easy to get started with).
