Change Details

At the very least, the references to 2013 have to be changed to say 2015, or be made configurable. Hopefully the requirements language will soon be frozen, since I don't really want to have to do a complete rewrite with a few days' notice. Also, apparently there will be another global SecurePoll election in May 2015. I don't know what it is for -- maybe stewards? What are the requirements? Will it also use a modified version of the bv2013 scripts? It would be nice to have this information at some point in the very near future.
