In the German Wiki appear sometimes, but not always, entries in the patrol log if you review a page, as you can see [[ https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial%3ALogbuch&type=patrol&user=&page=&year=&month=-1 | here ]]. That causes that some logs of pages and users are full of log entries, that no one needs. To get a more clear look for the logs, it would be heplful to assign the patrolmarks or the patrol permission to all users.
