In solving T206274 we dropped use of the ChangesListSpecialPageQuery hook. After that patch has been in production for at least 2 weeks we should look to remove the feature flag and possibility of running this hook that was added in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/464870 Jon will own verifying this and turning this into the follow up task.

In solving T206274 we dropped use of the ChangesListSpecialPageQuery hook. The fix went into 1.32.0-wmf.26 which is now live on all wikis. We should look to remove the feature flag and possibility of running this hook that was added in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/464870 Jon will own verifying this and turning this into the follow up task (if needed). = Open questions [] Are there any issues in the logs related to this issue?
