With the physical boxes down in eqiad (T382518, purchased in 2014) and eqsin (T382519, purchased in 2017), it's time to migrate them all (including the last physical one in codfw) to VMs. The esams one is already a VM, and we can setup one in magru too. So to summarize : set them up in eqiad/codfw/magru/eqsin, in addition to the existing esams one, to reach out quota of 5 anchors.
