Change Details

There seem to be hundreds (thousands?) of cases on different wikis today of Lua failing to pull Wikidata labels. AFAICT, the Lua module was previously pulling the labels successfully and nothing about the related Wikidata items had changed recently (including the labels). This seems to be affecting labels for both items and properties.
