Change Details

Converting all of the policy-admins acl projects into sub-projects under a single parent will simplify policy controls for spaces - we can use a single rule that says "members of #acl_policy-admins can edit policies" but still maintain granularity of having projects for individual teams that need to use spaces. This would simplify the process described here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects#Restricting_access_via_Space_policies I was about to update the documentation to account for recent changes in phabricator and I realized we should probably take advantage of sub-projects to simplify the process and make things more orderly. Any objections?
