**Acceptance Criteria:**
* Include the following text at the bottom of the form for Wikimedia usage (not necessary for third party usage):
* "If you are using an external meeting and/or chat group platform for the event, please add privacy policy information for the platform(s) on the event page. Events hosted or funded by the Wikimedia Foundation are required to adhere to all Wikimedia Foundation policies, including on [[ https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Policy:Friendly_space_policy | Youth Safety ]]."
