In T330527 we made changes to improve how tables are rendered in Vector 2022 skin. Due to some issues with roll out we feature flagged it so that we could control roll out. We will enable this on wikis where legacy Vector is the default skin (this includes German and Russian Wikipedias). Based on QA we will make a decision on whether to roll this out.

QA1: Visit https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/T366314 to check the table is constrained to the content area at all resolutions
QA2: Once the patch is enabled on Russian Wikipedia, do some exploratory testing by clicking Special:Random. Identify tables where one of two things happen:
* have large chunks of whitespace to the side of them
* they overlap menus
