Since https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/240032/ , ULS panel alignment in RTL UI is wrong. ULS's right-hand edge must be aligned with the triggers right-hand-edge, and now it's aligned at the left edge. Not urgent to fix at the moment, but should be fixed before deploying suggestions to RTL languages.
