This will likely require merging the [[ https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Schema:ServerTiming | ServerTiming ]] EventLogging schema into the https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Schema:NavigationTiming one, so that the navtiming daemon can get this data in the same record it currently gets the responseStart metric from.
