On Android Google Chrome, while editing a statement, the footer is pushed down that is almost not visible into the viewport of the browser.
**Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):
* Open any item https://www.wikidata.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Q424242
* After the page load for the item, click "Edit" to edit any statement.
* Observe the modal footer (that includes the "cancel / Save" buttons as it will be pushed down.
Closing the modal or "Cancel / Save" and re-click on "Edit" on any statement will make it appear in the correct position.
**What happens?**:
On page load, the position of the statement edit modal is not correct s it appears to be pushed down a lot.
**What should have happened instead?**:
The position of the statement edit modal footer should be always visible in the correct position.

Could be the result of the changes in {T418110} . If this is the case, the solution should be to revert the changes from T418110.
