Currently, when you try to import a file with an unsupported file extension you will be redirected to the change filename page and get the error message `There is an unknown issue with your filename.` The error should instead be handled according to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T189570 Use the following file to reproduce: `https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:La_chenille_de_la_carotte_(1911).webm`
