After agreeing on declining {T543}, we still have a risk of confusing many Wikimedia-not-mediawiki.org with the "LDAP" credentials and the MediaWiki button (i.e. "But I don't have a mediawiki.org account!").
Can we modify the instructions in the login page to make them clearer?
