**Problem** The Timeline pager's offset is being conceded in the token unnecessarily. Unlike the pager offset on the compare tab, the timeline tab's pager offset does not container any personally identifiable information (PII). Having this information in the token makes the token larger than it needs to be. **Proposed Solution** Remove the offset from the token. The offset can safely be in the URL. It should be removed from the URL when switching tabs (just like it is removed from the token when switching tabs now).
