====Background This ticket is to build quick survey in order to get understand user satisfaction with the reading list feature. ====Requirements To be finalized: - Criteria: A user who has saved at least (X) article to their list (should we include people who saved and then removed an article?) - Survey launch: The user visits their saved articles page and a quick survey with 1 question appears -- "Are you enjoying this feature?" - Dismissal: - If a user answers the survey, we log their answer, and they never see this question again. - If the user ignores the survey and navigates elsewhere, or if they close the question without answering, we will prompt them for a total number of X times (in future visits), and then never show it again. ====Designs TBD based on T417403
