Change Details

Apologies if this is a duplicate, this is my first time raising a wikimedia bug. About two days ago (19th August) the citations forms on the basic editor stopped presenting any fields. This is very frustrating as I (and no doubt others) regularly use the form to create rich citation data. Tried in Chrome, Chrome with cleared cache, Firefox and IE, all have the same problem. Please can you look into this? I attach a screenshot.
