The use case for The Wikipedia Library will be somewhat different to the general case, as we want to have - among other things - per partner pages that we could send to publishers. These pages would ideally be able to contain multiple URL patterns for one partner, among some other differences. The TWL interface should also have every feature that the general one does. Subtasks here are intended to be additional features.
