(the **normal** behavior) What happen instead: Thumbnail with the famous work of Bert is shoved down to accompany the footer. (But AlexisJazz, you didn't specify where you want the survey! Yeah, so? Delete the survey for all I care, that'll solve the problem. I'm sure the devs will think of a solution that doesn't harm the display of the article or usability. Do I look like a web designer or WMF employee?)
