When editing in source mode, the initial edit summary that contains the section name when a section is first edited only strips the first wikilink. For example when editing the heading `== [[B]] [[B]] [bitcoin:foo bar] [bitcoin:foo bar] ==` the summary `/* B [[B]] bar [bitcoin:foo bar] */` is produced instead of `/* B B bar bar */ ` which is produced by the non-visual edit form.
