We created the #wmf-cto-team-backlog and #wmf-cto-team-inprogress projects. If you are editing a task, and in the "Tags" field you type CTO, this project should be offered. But neither one is. If you type WMF, both are. If you type inprogress, then #wmf-cto-team-inprogress is offered.
