After upgrading MediaWiki to REL1_24 with git it crashes with: "FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wfRunHooks() in (skipped)/w/includes/User.php on line 4362". The file w/includes/GlobalFunctions.php is present, readable by php5-fpm user and contains wfRunHooks definition. Perhaps it is included too late or not at all?
