Change Details

Our Terms of Use specifies that we will update users when we make substantive changes to it. The new library user experience whereby there is just one criteria for accessing the library requires a substantive change, so we need to notify users. This will be a one-off email, and it should be marked for translation so we can make a best effort to get a few translations for major languages before sending it (we have folks who can do at least German and French fairly quickly, which make up a substantial % of our non-English user base).
